Symposium fees
The conference fee gives a full access to the 3 days of conference talks and poster sessions and includes the abstract booklet, refreshments during breaks, and the Welcome Buffet on Friday, 22-nd October. Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Booklet only if the presenting author is registered before October 1

Registration
There will be only "Online Registration". Please click the “REGISTER NOW” button and complete the registration form. A confirmation e-mail will be sent back to you. Your personal information will be used for the purpose of this meeting only.
Instructions for poster presentations:
Posters recommended dimensions are: width up to 95 cm and height up to
120 cm. Posters will be displayed throughout the workshop on panels (100
cm by 120 cm).
Recommendations for oral presentations:
For all oral presentations, an multimedia projector will be available.
The presentation (PowerPoint, PDF or web browser compatible files are
recommended) will be transferred to the workshop computer (Microsoft
Windows OS) using a CD/DVD or USB device prior to the session.
You can also bring your own laptop. Connection of the laptop to the
projector will be done prior to the session.

Cancellation should be notified to the secretariat by a written and signed document with your name and amount of payment. Kindly understand that handling costs will be subtracted from the refund. Any cancellation received afterOctober 1st, 2010 will be refunded after the symposium.
