Instructions for poster
presentations:
Posters recommended dimensions are: width up to 95 cm and height up to
120 cm. Posters will be displayed throughout the workshop on panels (100
cm by 120 cm).
Recommendations for oral
presentations:
For all oral presentations, an multimedia projector will be available.
The presentation (PowerPoint, PDF or web browser compatible files are
recommended) will be transferred to the workshop computer (Microsoft
Windows OS) using a CD/DVD or USB device prior to the session.
You can also bring your own laptop. Connection of the laptop to the
projector will be done prior to the session.
