Submit an abstract*

(*You will need pre-registration if submitting only an abstract) 

Abstract details

The abstract should comply with the following requirements:

1. The abstract cannot exceed 1 page including figures and tables.
Page size A4 (210 x 297mm),
 • Borders 2,5 cm each
 • Font: Arial
 • Line spacing: 1.5 for title and authors, 1 for institutions and body text
 • Title line: 14 pt, bold, capital letters, centered
 • Authors: 12 pt, centered. If there are two or more authors, an asterisk (*) should follow the name of the Presenting Author
 • Affiliations: 11pt, centered, italic.
 • Body text: 12 pt.

The use of the template file is strongly recommended.

2. Save the the abstract to MSWord (*.doc) format.

3. Use the registration or abstract submission interface to complete your registration.
