NCS2016 Registration

Уважаеми  колеги, бихме искали да Ви  уведомим, че всички заявки на младите учени за участие и освобождаване от такса  правоучастие (една на младучен) са одобрени 

Abstracts may be submitted, however they will  appear as supplements in the "Book of abstracts" and may not be granted a presentation during the poster sessions. Please email those directly to the organizers (see Contact Details ).

Speaker Information

IT and AV provision

Presenters are advised that the session room will be equipped with the following IT and AV equipment:

  • Laptop PC connected to audio speakers
  • Data projector and screen
  • Microphones (two)

All presenters are responsible for ensuring that their presentation is compatible with the conference software (Powerpoint, AdobeAcrobar reader). The symposia helpdesk will be able to provide assistance if required.

However, all efforts should be made to convert files to comply with the following specifications in advance.

The following software will be provided:

  • Windows 7  OS (or higher)
  • PowerPoint 2013 (Microsoft office 2013)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader  
  • Windows Media Player
  • Internet browser (IE10 or higher, Firefox Mozilla).

Installation of additional software may be requested by presenters in advance but only if it is freeware or a demo version

Poster information

  • Posters will be presented vertically (Portrait format) with mandatory size of  70 x 100 cm.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSTERS WILL BE INSERTED INSIDE  STATIC FRAMES AND THE  SIZE OF  70 x 100 cm is  MANDATORY.
  • IF the  poster is  with smaller  size it will  also not fit the  Frame.

Additional information

NCS2016 symposium fee gives a full access to the 3 days of event talks and poster sessions and includes the abstract booklet, proceedings (in the Bulgarian Chemical communications journal), refreshments during breaks, and the social event. One registration fee covers the participation of one person with one talk/poster/abstract etc.

Abstarct submission is only possible for registered participants, from within the online registration form or to the following email: ncs2016@bgcryst.com. Both registration and abstract submission will be considered finished only after the receipt of payment on participant name.

Only abstracts received before 5 September 2016 and with finished registration will be published in the "Abstracts" booklet.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation should be notified to the secretariat (see Contact us) by a written and signed document with your name and amount of payment. Kindly understand that handling costs will be subtracted from the refund. Any cancellation received after September 1st, 2016 will be refunded after the symposium.
